Ivan Evstaf'evič Bugreev

born 1745, died 1815

Russian copperplate engraver, educated in the Academy of Sciences in St. Petersburg. Associated with the academy between 1755-1786, first as a student, then employed on commission. He honed his experience in the Drawing Department under Johann Elias Grimmel and Francesco A. Gradizzi.
